You have an opportunity to be involved in research that will help counselors understand how better to help couples impacted by adult ADHD in a really important arena - sex.

Lots of ADHD spouses are uncomfortable with the idea of trying medication as treatment for their ADHD – and some number flatly refuse.  If you’re stuck in a battle with your partner over the importance of medication, here are four tips for you.

“I think my partner has ADHD – he shows all the classic symptoms.  How do I approach him with this without making him angry?”  This is a great question and I applaud any spouse who is sensitive enough to be asking it.  Some specific ideas and hints follow.
